What avenues, traditional and non-traditional, are there for funding your documentary project? What should you included [or excluded] in your funding application to give the best chance at success? How have successful documentary makers raised the funds to make their own projects?

Continuing it's successful Industry Panel series, the Metro Screen Network presents an evening exploring the various avenues of how to find the funds to get your documentary project made. From advice to how best prepare your funding application, to how to approach private investors, to alternative opportunities and support, this industry panel is essential for all serious documentary makers.

'The documentary format is a popular as ever… the aim of this panel is to inform filmmakers of the various funding opportunities out there and how to best take advantage of them.' says Network Coordinator Michael Chrisoulakis

Following a presentation from each panelist, time will be allocated to questions from the audience.
