As a freelance broadcast deisgner of 7 years, I've found most production outfits would give their proverbial right arm for someone who can actually do good motion design work - and yours looks like a strong portfolio.

The downside is that lost of smaller operations can't afford a fulltimer on their payroll, and the bigger outfits want someone with lots of years in the biz to back them up. TV networks are definitely part of the later.

My best suggestion to you is get a listing like the Production Book, make lots of copies of your motion reel on DVD, and start calling companies to see if they want to see what you can do. Get some freelance work if that's all they have on offer - as soon as they realise you're good, they'll hire you when the chance arrises.

Scott
